We should move the templates and examples to:

/Library/Developer/ProjectBuilder Extras/
/Library/Developer/Examples/

I asked a PB guru/engineer and this is the unofficially officially 
sanctioned spot for such things.

(I'll do this when I add the PBX Python colorizing stuff...)
