The reason I would like to have the html in the repository too is that 
if person A. is
interested in tracking PyObjC developments but not in modifying the 
documentation
there's really no reason to make them install docutils.

But if you want to keep the repository clean of generated files: okay, 
I grudgingly
give in. What I *would* like then, though, is a setup.py script to 
create the html
(and warns you to install docutils if you haven't done so already).
