Yes.

We have fixed many bugs and cleaned up lots of various features.   It 
is time for a new release, docs be damned (though 1.0 can't ship 
without docs -- not even 1.0a1.  Really.  I mean it. ;-).

I want to get a 0.9 out the door before the end of March.  There will 
be another PyObjC article out there around the beginning of April or so 
and it'll depend on features in the current version of PyObjC.
