[Pyobjc-dev] Added README to CurrencyConverter

I added a simple README to currency converter;  no big deal.  However, 
it is restructured text using docutils.sf.net -- see that project for 
more info.   REST is awesome and docutils makes it extremely easily 
accessible.

If no one is offended, I'm going to continue writing docs in this 
format.
