[Pyobjc-dev] Integrated main.m and cleaned up Web Services Tool example

Ronald [et.al.],

     I cleaned up the Web Services Tool example, including cleaning up 
the main file and integrating your [Ronald's] changes to support 
PYTHONPATH.    The main file in Web Services Tool will migrate to the 
project templates and should be used for all of the other examples that 
use a compiled main.

     Please review the code -- I think it is correct [gdb indicates that 
it is], but I had to restructure a bunch of stuff and fix a few bugs in 
the PYTHONPATH code.
