I guess my long winded message was too long winded.  In short, PyObjC 
in the context of first-class development tool in conjunction with 
Apple's supplied IDE & APIs requires full support for frameworks;   
encapsulated within the app, modified by the DYLD environment 
variables, and working correctly within the Project Builder environment.

(Support for indexed docs within PBX is a nice bonus, but I can live 
without it)
