PyObjC 2.2 probably works on Tiger, I have spent some time on porting at least pyobjc-core, pyobjc-framework-Cocoa and pyobjc-framework-Quartz. I'm not going to write that pyobjc *supports* 10.4 because I rarely run 10.4 at all, basicly just to do some cursory checks for the python.org Mac installers and sometimes PyObjC.
