All support code for GNUstep was removed during the port to Leopard.   
Nobody is interested enough in GNUstep support to make it happen and  
having a 10% solution gave people the impression that GNUstep support  
was easy to add.

Someone did port PyObjC to jail-broken iPhones, but that port is not  
part of the PyObjC repository and I'm not interested in adding it  
because I am not able to test this and would likely break that port  
during the regular development of PyObjC on MacOSX.
