[Pyobjc-dev] PythonCAD archive fixed

Hi.

I've rebuilt the downloadable archive, and it contains the missing
'.nib' files that the initial tar files had missed. I think the
'buildapp.py' file should work now. My apologies for missing these
files beforehand.

If you have problems running the program, please post messages to
the PythonCAD mailing list. I do not have a Mac here; I will be
forwarding messages sent to me to David Haas. As he's the author
of the code, and has a nice powerbook running things, he'll be
able to help. I know he's subscribed to the pythoncad mailing list
as well, so please send comments, suggestions, and bug reports there.
