All the ports used by pympi are effectively the ports used
by mpi. pympi itself is an api into the mpi framework and
therefore uses the ports that mpi (or the p4 daemon[s] etc)
is setup to use. If you run an mpi program from the mpi
examples directory, you will likely get the same errors.
Otherwise the ports are the same every time and should by
configurable in the mpi setup.
