Hi Dave,
I'm not sure if this is the problem you have, but here goes:
I noticed that ctrl-d kills one of the processes, so if you
started 3 processes, after pressing ctrl-d 3 times it should
kill all 3 of them. (Last time i used pympi was about 6 months
ago so i'm not sure...)
