Hi again ! When execute "mpirun -np 2 -machinefile machines helloworld" works fine !!! but if i try to run "mpirun -np 2 -machinefile machines pyMPI helloworld.py" then i have got the next error: connect to address 192.168.1.3 port 544: connection refused trying krb4 rsh... connect to address 192.168.1.3 port 544: connection refused trying normal rsh (/usr/bin/rsh) cluster2 connection refused p0_2640: p4_error: Child process exited while making connection to remote process on cluster2:0 p0_2640: (33.040355) net send: could not write to fd=4, errno=32 Im working on 2 virtual machines over VMware Workstation 5.5, each one with fedora 5, mpich-1.2.7p1 and pyMPI-2.4b. The ip configuration is for: cluster1 machine: ip: 192.168.1.2 mask: 255.255.255.0 gateway: 192.168.1.1 dns primary: 192.168.1.2 cluster2 machine: ip: 192.168.1.3 mask: 255.255.255.0 gateway: 192.168.1.1 dns primary: 192.168.1.2 What could be the problem ? compatibility between mpich and pympi ? -- jDSL Bucaramanga, Colombia UIS Rugby Club (c) 2007 |
