[Pympi-users] softload_setup.py file

Can someone explain what this file does. It looks like it's related to the
soft load feature i.e. starting python instead or pympi. But then there is
also pyMPI_softload.c. Can someone explain how this feature works and how to
build it, since it did not get created during the build process.
