Python mods that benefit pyMPI scalability

I have made some mods to Python 2.7.1 (import.c, marshal.c, dynload_shlib.c) that benefit the scalability of pyMPI applications. I don't know if they are suitable for integration into the generic Python product, but one could integrate them into pyMPI. Is anyone on the pyMPI development team interested in reviewing these mods?
