#9 adding 'CD' column

Many albums release on more then one CD. There is id3 tag (and for other tags there's something about) for CD's number. Mpd's database has such a column AFAIK. This is very helpful for sorting and other things. It will be nice if anybody would implement this column in pympd's playlist.
