#3 coverviewer and embeddedart should try id3 tag first

The plugins coverview and embeddedart fetch covers
from amazon. embeddedart stores its findings in
~/.covers.

Apart from the problem of license that amazon gives to
these images, it is bad to not first try the tag of
the song to check if there is an APIC image attached.

I have a few albums for which a search on amazon
returns strange or no results, but I have nonetheless
put an image in the id3 tag of these files. So it is
sad that the plugins do not use them.
