#1 cclib not found; another error as well

cclib is installed but;

PyMOlyze-2.0# python setup.py install
cclib not found. Using included cclib.
running install
running build
running build_py
error: package directory 'cclib' does not exist

AND as well
when ./pymolyze is run this error appears:
