#68 screen flicker

I am trying to get Pymol to work with my new quadro fx3800 video card and the nvidia stereo 3d setup. whenever i load a molecule into Pymol and rotate it or change any of the settings the program flickers back and forth between light and dark. i have tried several different versions of Pymol with the same results. I also have the same setup running with a quadro fx380 card and it works fine with no problems. if anyone has had this problem and was able to fix it please post results to this thread.
