#63 help with caver plugin

Dear PyMOL Community,

I just installed Caver 2.0 v0.003 and corrected the PyMOL and output directories per installation instructions. However, I cannot get the plugin to work. Regardless of what I do, the following error occurs: "No tunnel was found, the starting point is probably outside of the molecule." And this occurs even when doing the tutorial. Anyone have suggestions? I am running the latest academic/educational edition PyMOL on the 64-bit Vista platform. Thank you for any help.

Dear Noah,

Make sure your starting point (crisscross) is located in an open space inside the protein. Furthermore, make sure that substrates have been removed from the active site.
