#34 Can Pymol run on Fedora Core 5?

As Fedora Core 5 just came out this week, I have
upgraded only to find that my openGL programs that use
GLUT librarys, like O and Pymol, do not run. I only
get the following error:

freeglut (/xsoft/pymol/pymol.exe): OpenGL GLX extension
not supported by display ':0.0'
PyMOL: abrupt program termination.

I know all of my video drivers are correctly installed.
I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem
and if there is a way to get these programs working
with Core 5.

I found a work around - if you disable SELinux and reload
the X interface everything runs fine.
