The "align" and "super" commands have a "matrix" argument, which points to a BLOSUM file. Currently only $PYMOL_DATA/pymol/matrices/ is searched for this file. This patch allows an absolute filename for the argument, for example like this:

align 1a00A, 1a00B, matrix=/usr/share/ncbi/data/BLOSUM45
