CGO objects are pymol graphical primitives like lines, spheres etc. http://pymol.sourceforge.net/newman/user/S0500cgo.html For example we have load some molecule into pymol and after that we have draw a cylinder between two atoms of this molecule. Is there a way to merge these two objects together? 2011/9/16 lina <lin...@gm...>: > > > On Fri, Sep 16, 2011 at 5:49 PM, Андрей Гончар <gon...@gm...> wrote: >> >> Hello! >> Is there a way to combine two objects together? >> Not just molecules but a molecule and CGO object, for examlple? > > First, I don't understand well what the CGO object means? > > you may wanna try: > > File --> save molecular --> use *ctrl *select more than two objects you > wanna combine, > > sorry, not sure this is what you want or not. >> >> -- >> >> Андрей Гончар >> >> >> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ >> BlackBerry® DevCon Americas, Oct. 18-20, San Francisco, CA >> http://p.sf.net/sfu/rim-devcon-copy2 >> _______________________________________________ >> PyMOL-users mailing list (PyM...@li...) >> Info Page: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/pymol-users >> Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/pym...@li... > > > -- > Best Regards, > > lina > > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > BlackBerry® DevCon Americas, Oct. 18-20, San Francisco, CA > http://p.sf.net/sfu/rim-devcon-copy2 > _______________________________________________ > PyMOL-users mailing list (PyM...@li...) > Info Page: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/pymol-users > Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/pym...@li... > -- Андрей Гончар |

Hi, You cannot combine CGOs like you can molecular objects. You'll need to either combine the CGO code that created those objects or 'group' (http://www.pymolwiki.org/index.php/Group) them together.
