[PyMOL] print manual problems 2

Hi again,
I cannot even print selected pages after opening userman.pdf  with 
Apple's Preview app. The PrintCenter reports 'Data sent successfully' 
above a scrolling barber pole, but then it immediately stops, with 'No 
job printing.'

This is suggesting to me a problem with the pdf file itself, as opposed 
to a problem with my specific machine or setup. But I could be wrong...
