[PyMOL] Different symmetry positions

Dear  All,

I have two pdb files: 1) protein "trp" and
2) the same protein with crystallographic water - "tr".
After creating symmetry related objects with
  symexp sp=trp,(trp),3.2
and
  symexp s=tr,(tr),3.2
the corresponding objects have different symmetry operations, for
example,
sp02010000 corresponds s02000000.
Could you explain please, what this does mean?
