[PyMOL] Question on Mutagenesis

Hello all,

      I'm a new user, and would like to learn how to use the mutagenesis 
wizard. However, i'm not sure how to manipulate it exactly.

      after i've loaded a pdb file, do I select a particular residue, and 
then use the menu on the right hand side to change this residue to the 
residue that i click on this menu?

      Please enlighten me on the steps and thank you very much.
