[PyMOL] How to ouput a PDB file with transformed coordinates?

Hello PyMolers,

This is probably a really stupid question, but, is there a simple way to 
create a PDB file with *transformed* coordinates? The "save" command 
always seems to save the original coordinates, even after altering the 
view with set_view etc...
I apologize in advance if this is obvious,
