Zac,

load 1NGR.pdb

create mod6,1NGR,6,1 =20
# takes state/model 6 of 1NGR and puts it in frame 1
# of a new object called "mod6"

save mod8.pdb,1NGR,8
# saves state/model 8 of 1NGR to a new PDB file.
