[PyMOL] PyMol Education license

Hello,

I am teaching at the Hanze University Groningen and I have used PyMol in two courses (Bioinformatics and Biochemistry) for a couple of years now without any problems. However, this year I have tried twice to get the educational license, but I did not receive the file with the license as it did the previous years. Some of my colleagues have tried as well, but with the same result: no license file received.
I hope you someone can help me get the license so we can use PyMol again for our courses. Thank you.
