[PyMOL] Need Download Credentials for Educational PyMOL

I'm having trouble getting the download credentials for the PyMOL educational version. I completed the registration process on 20/06/23 and verified my educational status, but haven't received any email with the credentials or instructions. Can you please assist me with this issue?
