[PyMOL] Problem with morphing RNA structures

Dear Pymol Users,

I am having an issue while performing morph between two RNA structures. The
morphed structure loses the phosphate backbone and some parts of the side
chains (see attachment). Does anybody know why this problem occurs and how
to solve it if possible?
