[PyMOL] EduPymol Not sending Liscene

Hello,

I'm a PhD biochemistry student and I've tried to sign for the educational
version of PyMol multiple times, but have still not received an email with
the licensing code.  Is there a way to work around this problem and get the
license to activate PyMol?
