This should come pretty close:

set assembly
set async_builds
set pick_surface
fetch 1ej6
spectrum chain
remove not guide
alter guide, vdw=4
set solvent_radius, 4
as surface

Showing the surface will take a moment, about 10 seconds on my computer.
