[PyMOL] Two different kinds of GUI's

Dear PyMol users,

I encountered a strange behavior of PyMol on Windows 10. I installed 
PyMol two times and get two different graphical user interfaces.

I already wrote a GitHub issue report, but didn't revive an answer yet, 
so I thought I ask this question here. The full problem is described in

I would appreciate an answer.
