[PyMOL] Calculate the angle between two domains

Hi all,
I am a beginner of the PyMol script. I have 200 pdbs(names, C_1, C_2, …..C_200), and all of them contain 2 domains(resi 1-80, or resi 92-160). I want to calculate the rotation angle between the two domains. I do this calculation with the orientation.py in batch mode.  Do someone know how to do that? Thank you!
