[PyMOL] Using Pymol for surface presentation and generating graph extremely slow

Hello all,

Yesterday, when I installed Chimera UCSF on my computer, and found to run
Pymol become extremely slowly, particularly when generating graph using ray
function. Usually it can be done in a minute, but now takes forever. So I
uninstalled Chimera, but didn't work out.
Then I uninstalled pymol again, and reinstall a new one, but it still runs
very slowly. Have you seen this situation before? Looking forward to
receiving any feedback and comments.
