Hi Phani, "movie_fps" only affects play-back speed in PyMOL, but not "movie.produce" encoding. A quick look pointed me to the file "pymol-1.5.0.2/freemol/libpy/freemol/mpeg_encode.py" where a frame rate of 30 is hard-coded. You may change that to one of the legal values listed there (search for FRAME_RATE in the file). Hope that helps.
