[PyMOL] Polar Contacts, Hydrogen Bonds and Ionic Bonds

  I would like to know what Polar Contacts mean in PyMOL and how they are determined.
   
  I would also like to know if it is possible to find hydrogren and ionic bonds and if so, what is the script or where in the menu I can find these commands.
