Vala, What do you mean by Calcium Phosphates pymol files? If you mean structures of calcium phosphate..., try to find them on the web, searching for pdb files or other formats. Pymol is a molecular viewer.., it doesn't really come with such files from itself. Alternatively, since calcium phosphate is fairly simple, you could build a structure yourself...
