Hi Laura, You can change the van der Waals radii of atoms using alter selection, vdw=3Dnewradius Alternatively, you can use the setting sphere_scale (set sphere_scale,factor), which changes all radii by the given factor. Note tha= t you need to create different objects to use different factors for sphere_scale.
