Hi, I had the same problem with the new release of PyMOL. Just search for the requested file "msvcr71.dll" on your windows computer and copy it into the folder "c:\windows\system\". PyMOL will do its job on next startup. If you do not have the file, just google for it. There are a lot of pages who are offering dll-files.
