Guillaume, It is not clear why this is happening -- and note that it doesn't happen on every machine. Regardless, I believe you can fix it by searching for "msvcr71.dll" and making sure that it appears in the=20 C:\windows\system32 directory. Please let me know if that solves the issue with 0.99.
