[PyMOL] cartoon weight/scale

Hi,

Can anybody suggest a way to increase the overall scale/weight of 
an entire cartoon in a way that's analagous to the command

set cartoon_loop_radius

and scales up the entire cartoon together?  it isn't obvious how to 
increase scale of a helix or sheet...
