I have no idea why it's been blocked. I filed a ticket with the help desk (by clicking on the link in the middle of the "Access Denied" page) asking why the site was blocked.

I don't see any evidence of hacking on the website. Does anybody else in PyMOL-land have any insight into why the site would be blocked?

Assuming that it's just a clerical error, the help desk would probably respond more quickly to a ticket from you than to one from a mere IRTA.
