Thanks for pointing that out!

I might be misunderstanding the usage but it does seem a bit tedious to have to go through each frame (if I had 1000+ frames) and then make a selection.

I'm hoping that this isn't the only solution and that there's some other setting/command that I can use.  I colleague of mine who uses VMD <shudder>, just simply checked a box that said "update ever frame" and that was it.
