Hello,

I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to calculate the Dimer
interface surface area ? Although I have seen related posts, but nothing
work out well.

Then you need to say what you tried, and how it didn't work out.
Otherwise you will get the same answers as in the previous posts.

Thanks
