#9 Neutral residue types not supported correctly

Multiple programs neutralize distant residues by
creating new "neutral" residue types:

LYS->LYN, ARG->ARN, GLU->GLH, ASP->ASH.

When these residues are present, ligand site
selection/surface generation breaks. (i.e.
preset>ligand sites>tranparent )
