This is a follow-up on "residue names not right-justified when saving pdb file - ID: 3304003"

The fix for #3304003 only applies in case of pdb_truncate_residue_name is on (default is off). I suggest to always right-justify residue names, independent of the pdb_truncate_residue_name setting.
