version: MacPyMol v1.2b2 To reproduce: 1) open a molecule that has hydrogens 2) H->hydrogens->all 3) L->atom identifiers->ID
The result is that numbers for the hidden hydrogens are displayed. Doing H->hydrogens->all again removes the labels.
