Hi, I hope this is the right place to write this:

I have an issue with the stereoscopic function in Pymol 1.8.4.0
Does anyone know why stereoscopic 3d (quadbuffered) is not working in those versions? (I am using the precompiled pymol files from http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/ and python 2.7.12).

Quad-buffered stereo 3D is detected and also enabled by Pymol:

Detected OpenGL version 2.0 or greater. Shaders available.
Detected GLSL version 4.50.
OpenGL graphics engine:
GL_VENDOR: NVIDIA Corporation
GL_RENDERER: GeForce GTX 970/PCIe/SSE2
GL_VERSION: 4.5.0 NVIDIA 375.63
Detected 4 CPU cores. Enabled multithreaded rendering.
OpenGL quad-buffer stereo 3D detected and enabled.

But when I switch to full screen mode, after enabling stereoscopic mode, nothing will happen.
When using the educational version (compiled by schroedinger) on the same PC, stereoscopic 3D is working just fine in full screen mode, although their version is older 1.7.4.5
I am using Windows10 64bit, with nvidia 3D vision.

Any ideas would be great!

thank you
