#6 nCV -> iterations bug

I can not set the number of iterations in the nCV() function.

In assess.py you define 'iterations' both as the third argument and as
an additionnal argument in **args. As a result neither of the following
works:

r = assess.nCV(svm.SVM(),data, 2)
(this performs 10 iterations)

r = assess.nCV(svm.SVM(),data,iterations=2)
(this performs 10 iterations)

r = assess.nCV(svm.SVM(),data,2,iterations=2)
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "<stdin>", line 1, in ?
TypeError: nCV() got multiple values for keyword argument
'iterations'

I guess you should remove it from the **args argument in assess.py
